Request data deletion

One Lies does not require an account. Game progress and settings are stored only on your Android device.

Delete local game data

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Choose Apps, then One Lies.
  3. Open Storage and select Clear storage, or uninstall One Lies.

This permanently removes puzzle progress and settings stored by One Lies on that device.

Request deletion of other data

  1. Email gaming@vzl.one with the subject “One Lies data deletion request”.
  2. Describe the device, approximate date of use, and the data you want deleted. Do not send passwords or payment information.
  3. We will acknowledge the request and respond within 30 days.

We will delete support correspondence and any data controlled by VZL that can reasonably be linked to the request, unless retention is legally required. One Lies has no server-side player account. Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data are processed by Google; you can also reset or delete the advertising ID in Android privacy settings and manage Google data through your Google account. Google controls its own retention periods.
